A reimagining of core system setup pages to reduce implementation time.
Problem
Current setup process involved going to multiple pages to configure a core part of a highly customizable system. This lead to frustation and confusion on the user's end, and time (therefore additional hours needing billed) from internal implementation teams. This was affecting our ability to gain and retain clients.
Solution
Figure out where overlap was happening, find ways to combine existing actions and introduce new ones to assist in common pain points. This reduced the time to get a client's system up and running, reducing costs and making the upfront sticker shock smaller.
